ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Vivekanand Mission School, Biley Vihar, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, Bihar (India), a premier institution tilting the talent hidden in the delicate saplings of mind of children of the surrounding and the central sector of Bihar as well, at large, is an affiliated unit of Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi up to Senior Secondary level in Science and Commerce streams. Housed in a 2.5 acres of sprawling campus, the school is infrastructurally equipped with specious, airy well lit smart classrooms, facilitated Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer, Social Science and language laboratories, Art and Craft rooms, Music room, well stocked library, big lawn and playground. Situated on the DAUDNAGAR GAYA STATE HIGHWAY 07 in the eastern outskirt of the small sub-divisional city of Daudnagar of the district of Aurangabad, the lush green garden of Vivekanand Sadbhavana Udyan, the silicon sand of Sonebhadra and the singing thrilling crops in the fertile soil of the surrounding provide a child friendly environment contributing immensely towards healthy growth of the students.
Established in the Year 1997 by Dr. Shambhu Sharan Singh, in a rented house near Bazar Samiti, the sapling of the multidimensional knowledge and wisdom shifted in a new campus on the 12th Janauary 2003(The swami vivekanand jayanti) in the name Vivekanand Mission School, Biley Vihar, is now spreading the fragrance of knowledge amalgamated with the assence of spiritualism of the east and the scientific tempers of the west to the modern global society overseas.
Aiming at all-round harmonious development of the students’ personality and balanced physical growth of body, mind and soul, the school emphasizes promotion of excellence in the field of education and particularly for those who have immense potential but not harnessed due to lack of suitable educational opportunities. Since the date of its inception, Vivekanand Mission school has left no stone unturned to extend the lofty ideals of swami Vivekanand to make the students a complete human being able to face and fight the challenges of the real life in order to make them befitting members of the modern fast changing human life scenario. In Yester years the school played pivotal role to enable the students to become academically exploring, self confident, self reliant ,self respecting and responsibility shouldering human beings through ample opportunities from our life building platforms – The Vivekanand Brigade, Human Upliftment Council, Abhivyakti, Sister Nivedita Kala Sangam and
