Addmission Procedure for Hostel (Biley Vihar Ashram):
The admission forms for Biley Vihar Ashram are made available from the school counter /downloaded from the website (www.vivekanandmissionschool.org) and submitted to the office along withRs.100/- in cash/demand draft in favor of ‘Biley Vihar Ashram’ payable at ‘DAUDNAGAR’.
Instructions For Hostellers Only
- An authority letter is required from the parents giving details of two persons from different families, who will act as guardian, indicating their names and addresses phone no., e-mail addresses along with their photograph.
- School/hostel uniform requirement must be met by the parents. A list of articles of clothing and other items are given by the office at the time of admission.
- Parents/local guardian are required to leave a valid telephone no. And address for immediate contact, in case of any unfavorable condition.
- It is obligatory for the parents/local guardians to attend PTA meetings. (PTA schedule is mentioned/ informed by telephonic message to parents/local guardians)
- The principal/manger/senior staff will address the hostellers on every Sunday. All parents and local guardians are requested to attend.
- Parents are can talk to their wards on telephone on Sundays/holidays between 8.00am to 4.00pm. Telephonic conversation with the wards cannot be entertained on other week days except under special circumstances.
Payment Of Fee:
Full payment of all the fee as payable by a new student at the time of admission as per the schedule laid down by the hostels. Payment can be deposited by cash/account transfer in favor of ‘Biley Vihar Ashram, payable at DAUDNAGAR’
The fee payable is subject to change from time to time, parents will however be informed in writing for any such change well in advance.
Withdrawal:
Boarders willing to leave the hostel due to prolonged sickness or otherwise, must furnish one calendar month’s prior information in writing with the signature of the parent to the manager; else he is liable to pay one month’s fee.
